| Why I'm Vegan |
| I recall sitting with great pain, the aftermath of open heart surgery, doctors doing their best to get me to swallow cholesterol statin pills, those pills side effects is severe pain, I could not walk. My research lead me to believe that if I removed cholesterol from my diet, no need for the pills. Doctors do not see it that way, but I found Dr. McDougall, Dr. Esselstyn, I read and studied, I became vegetarian, 12 months later I assessed my progress and chose to become vegan. Ok, so do understand I did this for me, however, Gary Yourofsky is my hero, the best I can do is support one stray and one puppy mill critter. I cry when I see the postings that are graphic abuse, that goes for humans and non humans. I am vegan so I may remanifest myself without energy of lifeless "food stuffs" |
