| I started to get interested in vegetarianism when I studied an enviromental course at University so I gave it a try(in the beginning only for environmental reasons)After six months I became more and more intersted in animalrights so I dicided to go all the way and made the choice to become a vegan. I'm relatively new at this veganlife(but I haven't regreted it for one second and I won't)I have a relly difficult time accepting how everything has to revolve around what we humans want in this world and how our choices brings with it the death and destruction for other living creatures(both animals and other humans). |

| Born 74 young at heart marxist. Like to describe myself as a work in progress. The day i stop wanting to evolve is the day i want do die. Humility is the keyword to life, I don't know everything(certainly not always best)connections with the world around you is the key to better yourself, an open mind and a willingness to change makes the world an exciting place. I hate when people define themselves primaraly by their work. When one meet someone new, why oh why is almost allways the first question: What do you do for a living? As if that tells you who that man/woman really is. I love to discuss the hard questions in life from Philosophical, political, sociological psychological standpoints. I want to understand why things are what they are, and I want to know how I can together with other change the things I don't like about this world. Some of the things I love: tolerance, empathy, equality and people who aren't afraid admitting they are wrong Some of the things I hate: intolerance, inequality people who judge others from what they are wearing or worse how they look. I love to work socially with teenagers,I love to listen, talk and be there for them during what for many of them will be the toughest years of their life. My intrests are, history, philosophy, reading(favourites Clezio, Saramago, the russian giants, swedish poetry like Tranströmer, Sonnevi and Fröding etc)I am also an adamant sportsfan(football and cycling especially)and more.... |
