| To live a healthy lifestyle! To get the most out my food I believe in eating food that is closest to natural. This all started back in early 2013 when my health was on a downslope. I realized my body was out of balance. I believe this level of existence is about being in balance. So I googled body balance and the first thing that came up was pH Miracle. So I ordered the book and read it. Made sense and was based on scientific fact so I followed it. It worked like a champ. Lost weight and was healthy again. If you know pH Miracle it really is about keeping you body's pH in a proper state. The easiest way to do that is consume raw vegetables. I do eat cooked food probably one or twice a week (still vegetable based). I do eat vegi pizza with a little mozzarella once in awhile but that is as far from center as I go. With the exception of a beer on occasion. |

| I am a bit on the quiet side, enjoy simple things like nature, a good book or movie, golf, learning about things that interest me, and just spending time with someone I care about. I am tired of going through life alone, but I do not want to be with someone who is not right for me just to be with someone. I am honest and trustworthy, not looking to use anyone and do not want to be used by anyone.
