| I first began my adventure in an effort to conserve water after I found out how much water consumption animals required. After learning the pollution affects it led me to know I was in the right direction. Then I was introduced to The China Study and Food Over Medicine and the truth behind true health and how it is in a cruel free whole foods plant based lifestyle! I have been practicing vegetarianism for the last 5 or 6 years off and on and went vegan this year. |
