Not only is it well built, but is also fair to us, your customers. You offer cheap subscriptions, cancelling those is very easy and you do not trick people with hidden automatic renewal! Giving the option of free-reply to Gold members is also very convenient.
Also, all the tools that you offer in the site are far better than the others offer in different websites. Like, the mailbox, the "last-login"
