Strive to live a simple, nonmaterialistic, meaningful, and purposeful life. I'm a Luddite at heart, reminiscing about the halcyon days when we weren't overdependent on technology. Jewish ideals inform and guide in all aspects of life. Enjoy hiking, being in nature, lizard-watching, learning, artistic creativity, and dry and waggish humor (but not sarcasm). Introverted and sometimes lost in thought, but hopefully thoughtful in more ways than one! Look for ways to help others while avoiding self-serving feelings like validation and pride. Adventurous but also risk-averse.
Love the natural environment in which I live, but the beauty of any place derives mainly from who's around you. Very willing to relocate.

I was born and raised in Hawai’i. I love the ocean. Probably a bit too much. I’ve built my career on it. I started working as a divemaster then became a scuba instructor and am now a boat captain. When I’m not working on the water I’m either free diving, snorkeling, bodyboarding or hiding in my room watching tv and playing video games.
I also love to walk, I try to walk at least 5 miles everyday. I’ve recently started running again (my cardio is terrible right now). I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I have a rock climbing membership (there’s also a gym inside the same building) and a planet fitness membership. I love exercising but that’s not my whole personality.
I talk to my parents at least once a week haha. They live on a different island so I enjoy updating them on the crazy things that happen in my life and I like to hear their updates on everything. My dad and I can talk about movies or tv shows for hours!
I have a really good friend group that I love! We hangout and do things with each other all the time. They are all my co-workers so when we aren’t working with one another we are playing secret hitler or DND at one of our houses together. One of my friends/co-workers is my roommate.
We live in a cozy 2 bedroom apartment with his fat cat. The cat guards the refrigerator 24/7.
