| I am an on again and off again vegetarian. I can go for months without eating seafood but will occasionally eat some fish. Though I occasionally feel the need for it, my goal is to eliminate that also from my diet. |

| I'm a free lance musician and love to garden and cook as well. I love to sail, but it seems I prefer spending time with my flowers and vegetables. I love growing my own figs in upstate New York. It is hard work, but the rewards are heavenly. I like a life of simplicity as much as possible in this complicated time in which we find ourselves, and try to use only what I need of the earth's abundance. Being a true friend to those in my life is very important to me. |
