| I am vegan since more than 16 years, before I was 10 years vegetarian. I changed to vegan cause I was going more and more aware that I felt ill every time eating milkproducts. 16 years ago we didn't have had so may options, but we have had internet. ;-) So I was looking for vegan ideas and found lots of informations about animals and there horrible life. That was the point were I said to myself: Never going back! Stay vegan for the rest of my life. And I started to change my whole life into a vegan life. I am feeling very well with this and still healthy. :-) |
