| Why I'm Vegan |
| I decided to follow a strict vegan diet on February 17, 2021 as a path to fulfill a religious obligation of abstinence. During that 6-week period of time, I experienced very noticeable health benefits that even astounded my doctor and have remained vegan ever since, eating for my health and that of our planet, doing what I can to counteract the negative aspects of modern industrial animal agriculture. Currently I am following a 2/3 raw vegan & 1/3 WFPB diet. |

| I am an aspiring plant-based sous chef famous for my salsa, crepes and egg rolls. Hobbies include cooking, karate tournament judge, target shooting, foodie, Texas Hold 'Em poker, hiking, guitar and genealogy. I would love to learn ballroom dancing and archery.
