| I became a vegetarian in 1978 based on a spiritual experience. I am studying Whole Food Plant-Based nutrition and cooking because I have seen the good it has done for my cousin’s health. It’s a lot of work, but I feel even better! |

| I am petite, about 5'1", fit and reasonably active. I have been lacto-vegetarian for 20 years and am transitioning to a WFPB diet, studying nutrition and taking a cooking class. Have not been interested in a drink for thirty years and would love to be with someone who doesn't find that necessary either, but can tolerate moderate drinking. Don't smoke tobacco or substances; hopefully you wouldn't either. My most recent book read is The China Study, and am reading Tulipomania. I love to hike, enjoy almost every kind of music, am on the cusp between extro-and introverted, have lived and continue to live an examined life, love to entertain and give small dinner parties, crave silence and meditation, love hikes or weekends in the mountains or the desert, enjoy the ballet, the symphony, and the visual arts. I have many old friends, and would like to make some new ones. Would love to find the light of my life, but coffee is fine! |
