| Why I'm Raw Vegan |
| In my opinion, raw veganism is a very clever way of eating: for example, if you choose a simple diet based on one or two types of fruit and vegetables, you don't need to know much about cooking, mixing ingredients, etc. This is a great advantage. Another very important thing is that you don't need fire or heat to cook, which is a huge advantage. Note: I was a strict raw vegan for many years but currently I am usually travelling and moving for work so is a bit hard to mantainance this diet but if I find a woman to build a stable relationship is possible to return to this type or diet or evolve to a fruitarian diet. |
