| I chose to become vegetarian because it aligns with my values—health, compassion, and sustainability. Over time, I realized I didn’t want to contribute to the suffering of animals or the environmental damage caused by large-scale meat production. Once I learned more about how food choices affect the planet and our bodies, it just made sense to me. Health was also a big motivator. Eating a plant-based diet has helped me feel lighter, more energetic, and more in tune with what my body really needs. I enjoy cooking with fresh, colorful ingredients, and I’ve discovered a whole new appreciation for food since making the switch. |
