| I occasionally eat fish or poultry, about once or twice a week, but I avoid red meat and try to choose plant-based meals most of the time. Yes,I’ve thought about it seriously. I’m open to gradually shifting to a vegetarian lifestyle, especially if I have support and guidance along the way. Health, sustainability, and compassion for animals are my biggest motivators. I’ve already reduced meat and want to continue moving in a positive direction. |
