| I became vegetarian in my mid-twenties for environmental reasons. Then I became vegan in my early forties for my health. Then while travelling in my mid-fifties I realized that I wanted to try the different foods from all the different cultures I was visiting to see what it was like, as part of the adventure. Otherwise mostly vegan these days. |
