| .. Since Very Early Childhood .. I Could Not Accept -the notion of- Destroying other .. Innocent, Sentient Beings (without any valid justiffication -specially for culinary and commercial purposes), and .. I Opposed And Resisted against this lifestyle -in every way possible-, .. until I could completely practice my chosen dietary lifestyle and Become Completely Vegetarian (at the very beginning of "The Seventies"). .. I Never Regreted It, .. Nor Experienced Any Problems -because of my choice- (except for being socially isolated to some extent). I Eat Exclussively .. "Humane-Foods", Meaning .. All Kinds Of -Mostly Plant-Based- Natural Substances, Products And Byproducts Obtaind Without Killing Any Heart-Endowed Sentient Beings. For Example : .. Non Genetically Modified Fruits, Vegetables, Legumes, Beans, Seeds, Pods, Roots, Drupes, Flowers, Ryzomes, Mushrooms, Leafs, Stems, Barks, Also .. Pure -Unfiltered- Honey, Unsaturated Vegetable Oils, Unfertilized Eggs, Mostly Fermentd Dairy And It's Natural Byproducts (Only From Small Local Sources, Non Growth-Hormone And / Or Antibiotics Containing Ones), .. As Well As ..The Open Polinated -Heritage- Herbs And Spices, .. Vegetables (Whole Or Pulp) And Juices, .. Vegetarian Meat-Substituents (Of Non-Animal / Non Laboratory-Grown Origin), .. And Whole, Unbleached Grains -And So On-. .. At This Prezent Times, .. Humanity Has Everything Readily-Available To Create Any -Immaginable- Masterpiece Of Culinary Accomplisment, .. And To Duplicate Any Historically Known -Or Renowned "Special Recipe", .. In Humane Ways That Would Be Equal Or Superior- In .. Taste, Smell, Palate-Feel, Deliciousness, Nutritional-Value, Eye-Appeal, Price-Range And Ecological-Inpact, .. When Compared To The "Traditional Preparation Ways", .. And Humans Can Feed Themselves In Totally Humane-Ways, Without Having To Destroying Any Lives Of Any Sentient Beings For Their Culinary Needs, Or Pleasures. ..
