Why I'm Vegan
I chose to follow a vegan lifestyle about 20 years ago to see the impact on my health. Since then I've learned a lot about the benefits of a healthy plant based diet and have continued to refine and improve my diet to focus on increasingly healthy foods. I'm very interested in longevity studies as well, many of which point to a plant based diet for increased longevity.

I'm very passionate about the plant based lifestyle, which I believe is a holistic lifestyle focusing on highly nutritious foods, an active lifestyle, good sleep, good relationships with others, and a positive optimistic outlook on life. 
I'm Looking For
Someone with shared values around being vegan, active and healthy (not into drinking, smoking, marijuana or drugs), and someone with a shared optimistic outlook on life - to make the most of every day, and treat others with kindness and compassion.
