| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| I started going vegetarian mostly because of health stuff and some ethical things too. Over time as I got older, its like I pay more attention to what I eat and how it messes with my energy or whatever. Eating this way makes me feel a bit lighter and more awake during the day, you know, like my body is not fighting itself as much. That compassion part is important to me as well, since I dont want to cause unnecessary trouble for animals. It fits with how I try to live more carefully, avoiding harm where I can. I think its a solid choice for keeping healthy, but also just being responsible toward other creatures out there. Sometimes it feels a little tricky to stick with, though. |
