| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| Every reason, healthier, ethical, environmental, common sense. I tell people I've been a vegetarian since I was eight years old. As a child was uncomfortable with meat but never occured to me that it was possible not to eat it. Children just accept the life that they're given. Then when I was 19 I met a vegetarian and I realized it was possible. I've never looked back. It has become second nature, or more accurately first nature recovered. |

| Happy, easy going, curious, flexible, centered, low stress, low drama. Artist, musician, writer, reader, some would say intellectual. My profile says separated, which is legally the truth and I don't want to lie. However I married my wife in order to help her and her son escape a very bad situation. We haven't lived in the same place for years. They're safe now so although we'll always be friends, we're in the process of making the legal situation match the reality. I find it difficult to describe myself in any but the vaguest terms, especially since how I see myself and how a person I have yet to meet will see me are likely very different. Instead, here's a bit of something I wrote that gives a flavor of myself: There is a flow of inspiration and ideas, a constant flow. Do you dip into it, or are you immersed? Do you feel its current? It’s there all the time, whether you feel it or not. To be an artist is to listen to it, echo it. |
