| I was pescatarian for more than 30 years, and now vegan for a year and 4 months. I’m still learning. My diet is primarily for animal welfare/ethical reasons, but I also appreciate the health and environmental benefits. My goal is to get to a whole food plant based diet, but I’m not 100% there yet. |
