| Out of empathy for other living beings. Practicing a consistent vegan lifestyle is admittedly challenging because it's not just a matter of diet; it also requires avoiding consumer habits that inflict suffering less directly (Via deforestation, mining, etc) But for me the question boils down to what type of person I want to be. So I try to live a life grounded in moral foundations. |
