| I’m vegetarian because I believe animals deserve to be treated with compassion and respect. I’m against animal cruelty, mistreatment, and the unnecessary killing of animals for human consumption. My choice to be vegetarian is rooted in my love for animals first and foremost, with health being a secondary benefit. For me, it’s about living in a way that reflects my values and compassion for all living beings. |

| I’m currently serving in the military while also working a few civilian jobs on the side. I’ve been vegan since 2011, and although my military commitments have led me to adopt a mostly vegetarian lifestyle, I still avoid meat. I occasionally eat eggs and dairy when that’s what’s available. Staying true to my values while adapting to life’s circumstances is important to me! |
