| hello. hmmmm… what to say here?… I am interested in health and wellness (vegan for 36 years), I am a yogi, I am a mom of 4, a voracious reader ( non- fiction, philosophy, psychology, poetry), i am a writer ( just finished my first book, working on 2nd), I am a homebody, but can get out sometimes too, I love animals and nature.
