| I have been a vegetarian since I was a teenager. I have gone from Vegan to semi-vegetarian back to Vegan over the years. Have not eaten beef, pork or foul since I changed my diet as a teenager. I am currently a lacto-Ovo Vegetarian. The diet works for me and my life style -travel, business etc. My diet keeps me slim and vibrant. |
