| Why I'm Vegan |
| I became a vegan over 35 years ago strictly for ethical reasons and those feelings and beliefs have never left me. Now, in addition to doing it for the animals, I also do it for myself, to provide what I beleive is the most life giving diet possible to my body. I eat pretty simply -- smoothies, salads, and lots and lots of sweet potatoes! |
