| 'divine serendipity' insight as reaction to 'medical deity' telling me to have 'mylanta' 5 times each day... [he who was 5'6 and weighed approx 240 lbs... 'heal thyself, physician']11/76. occasional seafood more and more vegan and organic ... have most effective drinking water system w/ NSF.org certification/validation. Proper hydration/nutrition for wellness makes sense/cents along with 'food is medicine' belief. Industrial 'cheap'[costly] 'faux' food products and horrid treatment of animals dissuade me from being carnivore. Spectrum of flavors/colors/sounds/textures/smells appeals to me 'eye'/'I' for beauty and appreciation for the Universal Life Force. BE kind to animals .. don't eat them...and respect the vibrancy of the living. |
