| I made a conscious decision to change my lifestyle many years ago. I had reach a point where I wanted my lifestyle to reflect more of my emerging social and political awareness; and made a decision to become a vegetarian. A big part of this change had to do with what I eat, and how I self-care. I feel now I am all the more richer in body and in spirit for having made that decision to change my lifestyle many years ago. |
