| I was born and raised in a carnivore family. BUT!!! I did not find the taste of animal products to be pleasant. I did not learn about vegetarianism until the late 60's. Upon learning about vegetarian and vegan from my first Yoga teacher, a devotee of a Spiritual Master in Southern India, I was immediately ready to remove all animal products from my life. Finding good quality non-leather dress shoes and belts for my required "business attire" proved the most problematic for many years thereafter. Thankfully, I finally found out about Pangea - a vegan resource outlet that is online. With vegan sources of yogurts and probiotics now readily available, I am easily able to nutritionally protect my health fully. Most of my selected foods are organic, giving me even further peace of mind. Why am I a vegan? I feel like I'm preaching to the choir here: the health benefits, the welfare of all animals, better use of resources, no-pollution effects, environmental and ecological sustainability, et cetera. About 45 years of benefits for me! I find Love, Joy & Happiness when fully connecting with all living beings through Love, compassion, honor, respect and appreciation. |

| I am Compassionate, Faithful, Spiritual, Honest. I follow the (Hindu / Buddhist) Five Precepts - no harm to any living beings (includes being a vegan-vegetarian), honest, no stealing /thievery, no sexual misconduct, no intoxicants. I am a (Western Astrology) Gemini - with energy and conversations that swirl around the mercurial, Gemini. Gemini and Mercury influences - communication, intellect, spiritual, sincere. I have a great sense of humor. I have been performing Yoga asanas and meditation for about 45 years; I have been athletic. I have lived at a Thai Monastery near Phitsanulok, Thailand (Fall of 2003). I love to travel for months at a time - in South Asia countries, including India, Nepal; also, Costa Rica, Yucatan Mexico, Peru (including Amazonia, Peru) and Chile, and Caribbean Islands. I believe that money is but a tangible symbol of the energy that is shared by people of this material world in their attempts to meet their needs and important wants. My needs - paying the monthly loan payment on my home, the utilities, the food, the medical expenses. My wants - months of overseas travel and trekking, expanding and enhancing my spiritual experiences, owning (completely, no loans) homes in several countries (like Thailand, Nepal, perhaps India, Costa Rica, and USA). It's important for me to be with a partner - even with differing opinions / issues - who is able to empathetically and compassionately (and without attachment) discuss them with me; as well as accept / discuss any of my "differing" opinions / issues. My favorite activities and interests are overseas traveling, Spirituality, Music, Movies/Theater, Meditation, Alternative Healing Arts, Mind/Body/Spirit, my pets (a 11 year old FOCAS adopted American shorthair cat). I would really appreciate the honor, courage and generosity of any lady (who messages with me!) to be sure to tell me when you are interested in me and/or when you are not. That's just being very kind (and perhaps very gentle and humble?). I really am the kind of man that women say they want (only, most women want walks on the beach, cuddling, holding hands, humbleness and faithfulness; but actually pick the guys who are the opposite - the (sort of) "bad guys"; the "rebels" without causes, with plenty of applauses). I am the real deal. No games. Fun and humor without intentional hurt / pain inflicted on others. I'm told that I'm just an all-around great, quality guy.
