| Why I'm Vegan |
| I have been vegan for quite a number of years now. The initial reason was the health of my youngest child (I found out that cow's milk is not quite the healthy option it is generally claimed to be). It was a very good decision as my youngest child has generally been healthier than many of pers (= his/her) peers. I have also been much healthier since then. Since my initial step I have come to view veganism as better for us humans, other animals and also for the environment. |
