| I transitioned into a vegetarian lifestyle in the mid 70’s and eventually transitioned into a vegan lifestyle by the mid 90’s. Lived on raw foods for a while but went back to eating whole cooked foods and now have found a happy balance between the two. I honor all living creatures and don't eat meat for ethical, health and enviornmental reasons. Living as a vegan has raised my consciousness to a higher level. I feel vibrant and alive, connected to life and the universe... an exhilarating inexplicable feeling. I've been told that I am a petite, cute and adorable woman. I'm an east coast girl born in Massachusetts. I spent a good part of my life living in NY and Los Angeles successfully making a living in the arts and entertainment field. I have retired and now live in Cuenca, Ecuador. Living in EC allows me the freedom to eat healthy and live a healthy life style. It’s gorgeous here…care to come and visit? |

I can get down and dirty and dig a 3' deep trench 30' long or serve up a delicious vegan gourmet meal for a friendly gathering. I have high self esteem, am independent & self reliant.
