| Why I'm Vegan |
| I am a vegan because 40 years ago a friend showed me in great detail, that it was a lie to believe humans needed to drink milk from animals or eat their flesh for food to sustain life. Secondly he showed me that even the first diets recorded in the Judean Christian bible were vegan. Only until after a recorded flood and a severe lack of vegetation was animals used as food probably for a stop gap. But most humans are just too dumb to get away from bad habits. How strange it is that people think it normal to drink milk taken from the breasts of animals and think it unnatural to drink human breast milk if it were sold in shops. Anyway milk as food was meant for babies not adults. |

| At 9 years of age I was run down by a motor cycle, and poor health plagued my teen age years. I was confused and moody. Full of anger and extremism. Until I was rescued by changing my diet. I was up and down like a yo yo. When I learnt that just before an animal is about to be slaughtered it experiences two sensations, fear or fight. Just like humans this stressful emotion produces hormonal adrenaline chemicals. As a vegetarian I have benefited in this way loosing more and more both my fear and fight. Friends say that I am now never moody always approachable, but still serious and a lot of fun. I also do not believe that fear or force justifiably controls or corrects any situation that demands discipline. From children to nations. There are other more intelligent ways. I could go on and on about changing the planet from people to global warming. The answer is too simple Get back to eating what we are designed to eat, all those wonderful plant foods and stop making our stomachs the grave yards for dead animal flesh. Stop unnatural breading of animals causing so much atmospheric methane. Stop cutting down forests for grazing cattle. I'm sorry I really don't need to write any of this stuff on this sight. For years I lived on the side of a mountain near waterfalls, 45 minutes from a large city and surf beaches. I work as a craftsman and business owner in the music industry. |
