| Why I'm Raw Vegetarian |
| I used to eat a small amount of meat and have since switched. I do not like the idea of cooking food. It depletes the nutrients and is a waste of free plant energy, and cooking is a waste of electricity. A blender uses less energy. |

| I like to eat right, spend time outside and am fairly active. Rollerblading, bicycling, lifting weights and being around the water is just fine for me. I am ready to get back in to Yoga. Casual conversation with a glass of wine, fruit and veggies is OK with me. I have to admit I do miss the soft mozzarella! I read alot and I like to keep it simple. |
