| I'm Veggie(Raw-Foodist) because I like the wholesome food, & healthy lifeStyle, ethical & spiritual. I love animals & avoid the Bad energy of the meat as the result of one body in agony before to die. And Raw-Foodist, because is the smartest way to catch the full Nutritional value. My equation is simple: Food**(+-Fire Degree) = Food-(85% Nutrition lost +enzymes Null). In other words: Cooked=Loss & Cooked=Dead Food. The optimum & smartest way is: RAW = full nutrition alive. | I'm very simple & spiritual, I have not sophisticated habits. I'm very easy going with a Child Spirit & I'm Simultaneously of 5 and 50. ;-)) I like the outdoor exercises, meditation, reading, music(smooth Jazz &+), video & dancing too. I like to learn & teach every day (positive knowledge). The distance it's not problem for me (meet us & friendship). Additional to Vegetables, I like seafood(1st source-Cycle), fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, bee pollen, sprouts, Flaxseed, Spirulina & Soy pdcts. I like to walk & feel the sand & seashore's water touching my toes & feet. My country is between 2 oceans: Atlantic & Pacific. I Never had used Drugs, tatues or piercing to be happy & I'm proud of this(Happy, Healthy & Spiritual). I don't spend my time in Lies, because always have a Bad ending. I'm Honest, not Smoke, not Coffee, Not animal Milk Products & I'm very Healthy. I'm of good mood, positive & like smile it to the life. Idealist & Romantic with the life. |
