| Throughout decades, I've build detailed insight in food and natural products and how they interact with the body and the soul. I'm happy to see, that from being a member of an invisible minority of health oriented individuals, today it's trendy and top modern to promote and live in this manner; in balance and with care and respect for nature and all living creatures. As Albert Einstein said;"Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet." By the way, my age is +3 years (not possible to change). |

| As a entrepreneur and project maker a conscious mind has always been my guideline; to promote new holistic thinking and biotic technology to the benefit of local and global life. I'm what I consume and it's at least 95% organic. For years, I've been in a dilemma about consuming fish - so, only once in a while when dining out with no other options, but never any other animals. Healthy and different things prepared in numerous ways, variations with daily experiments. I say; health and wealth of soul and body and able to unite these profound patterns of life with great fun and humour, that's me! When I join my soul mate our mutual life will take new directions into the future. My ideal is a common core of understanding; an emotional and intellectual capability and flexibility with imagination, creativity, logical sense and faith as the most important tools of the mind. It's wonderful to live close to the sea in my house to the North and in my home in a green part of Copenhagen from where one can go to Sweden by one of the longest combined sea-crossings in the world. The Nordic countries/Scandinavia is great region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Island, Greenland and the Faeroe Islands). We shall try our very best to keep it in top shape by improving and developing ever more green technology, organic farming and social innovation and sustainability to the benefit of all. |
