| A lot of what has been already said on this webpage holds also for me, such as compassion for animals raised and sacrificed for profit considering that we can do better without, as everybody here knows. In this modern world we are rather confronted with a too high than a too low caloric and protein intake and we can afford orienting towards alternative food from plants. It is also a way to reduce the waist of resources and the pollution of the environment. And also for health : after reading Campbell's books I'm mainly on vegan diet. A nice side effect was loosing weight. |

| Born and raised in Romania, I am living presently in Munich. Have been a vegetarian since I'm 20, and since 2016, after reading Campbell's books I eat mainly vegan food. Not going open about veganism in order not to shock my parents even more. I like sports, watching movies, listening to all kinds of music, going out, and spending my holidays at the sea, or my weekends in northern countries. I took some Swedish courses in Stockholm. Got my diving licence just before Christmas 2008, but didn't use it since. Nevertheless, I do a lot of snorkeling. In Thailand (2015) such an excursion was recorded on DVD. Wishing to keep some of the friends that are not vegetarians, while trying to turn them so, but also to know people that have similar points of view, diet and interests. |
