| The very first reason was to have a good health and be independent from much unnecessary and suggested by culture in a natural human nutrition. Vegetarian since 1998 UPD 2018: I was at the edge, and agreed with a doctor's recommendation to quit a vegetarian diet ( Now I eat fish and seafood about twice a week. Nevertheless I hope to change it back as soon as possible. |
