| Adopting a plant-based diet has been an evolution for me- based on religious, health, environmental, and moral concerns. Vegetarian cooking was a challenge at first, but now I enjoy taking it to new levels-- such as homemade seitan bourginon or bok choy with ginger and cashews. |
