| Why I'm Raw Vegan |
| I became a raw/living vegan initially due to health reasons. I started off with fasting in late 2006, and gradually moved towards raw vegan throughout 2007 . As 2008 progressed, I crowded out the less healthy food options as I fully committed to the raw vegan lifestyle. Other than the health benefits, I find I am becoming more interested in making better environmental choices, as well as becoming more harmonious with other people and animals. |

| I am currently working for a Pittsburgh healthcare company as a Hadoop administrator. I have a dog named Blue that is an important part of my life. I like getting outdoors, whether it is just outside playing with the dog, or I'm out in nature going for a hike. Other interests are computers, fitness, reading, and listening to music. |
