| I am a vegan for health and environmental reasons. I am a nutrition geek and love gaining knowledge of the body and effects of nutrition on our health. I have over time become sensitive towards the rights of animals and am highly concerned about the disrespect and abuse they suffer at the hands of ignorant people. |

| I became vegan in 2005. I love discussing nutrition and health, and how the diet plays a key role in preventing disease. I'm a superfood-aholic and can't go a day without indulging on a green smoothie. I'm very athletic and enjoy sports, running, physical activity, nature, movies and personal (one-on-one), time. I'm a graphic artist, and also design websites. Very issue-oriented and have a lot to say (when it counts), and like to make others laugh. My ultimate goal (desire) is to continue my education, start a holistic health site and nutrition blog to help others. |
