| I became a vegetarian in 1996 after learning of the hardships animals in factory farms, I went full vegan in 2011 and never looked back. I just hate the thought of any other being suffering for me. Not only do I feel better because I'm doing better for the aminals but I've never felt better physically and mentally. |

| I have two dogs, a poodle (adopted from a family member) named Cornbread, and a greyhound (retired racer/rescue) named Angel. They are my babies and I love to do things where I am able to take them with me. Cornbread is now very old, nearly 16 and needs extra special care, but he's still a happy healthy bugger. He does however take up quite a bit of my time. I've found that life is really about doing things that you enjoy and not apologizing for that, and yes, I prefer to come home from work on a Friday and put on my jammie pants and watch a movie rather than go out to a crowded bar and deal with the scene. If someone wants to join me that would be great, but I'm just as comfortable being alone. It's not that I don't enjoy company, I just enjoy my own as well. Please don't let that scare you off though! |
