| My diet began as an experiment for my health, fitness and athletic performance when I turned 18. Over the years it evolved to include a major aspect of a green lifestyle - vegetarianism is better for the environment and mother earth, and ethics/animal rights, as I don't need to consume dead animals to survive and neither do I want to support the meat processing industry and its infliction of animal suffering. It's all about respecting all life. |
