| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| I m a vegetarian because I feel it is a soulful living...why would I want to make my belly the cemetery for living things that once roamed earth. :) ...besides my whole family is vegetarian and it is easier...Though I travel I manage well....I am average in my cooking skills...and I have survived so far...I am fascinated how some of my friends who are Vegetarians for generations show that they are neither weak or less smarter..in fact they are super smart in their studies...and I feel they are spiritually balanced... |

| I have been to Charlotte, NC, Nashville, St Louis etc in June and than flew to Houston, TX than to Singapore. I hold the green card but work in Australia;Travel to the US for conferences etc mainly to California where I hold a practicing licence as well.I am a radiation therapist and dosimetrist; treat cancer patients with radiation. Yes, I consume dairy products; eggs if they are ingredients in cakes etc is something that I have accepted when I travel; but I do not normally eat poached eggs etc as the smell is something I do not like. It is easier when visiting family, as the whole family is veg and we have a wide selection of vege cooking....different styles and yet have as much as 3-four vege dishes at a time!!!not including the salad!! on the dinner table...I also spent 2.5 years in the armed forces as a vegetarian!! (at that time I did not eat even biscuits/cakes with eggs)..I still completed my stint with very good performance reports....After many trips abroad, like to Japan on an exchange programme, I became less rigid and now eat biscuits/cakes without checking if they have eggs in them. I am spiritual....and open to differing views on religious/spiritual matters; I believe morality is the basis in all religious faiths..I keep to my faith/spirituality with comparative and respectful views on other religions; with self reflection I try to find meaning in my interpretations of what faiths and belief systems translate into in society in practise; philosophy that borders many religions intrigues me. I am board certified in the US in my profession, yet I do want to get back to Singapore at some stage. |
| I'm Looking For |
| some one who is spiritual..vegetarian...some one who has not been married before/ or had multiple partners....I feel strongly that one should be morally right; nice personality compassionate and caring; loves kids; any nationality but appreciate my culture..just as I do other cultures.... and have spiritual views/ a good moral stand. Life is short...I want it to be more than a chase for money... with work/living with stress....I don't want to add on to that with non vegetarian food!..I defiantly do not want my body to be the cemetery for helpless animals! |
