| I became vegetarian at 14 after I reading Diet for a New America. I wanted to be vegan but felt it would be too difficult. In the recent years I started to decrease the dairy in my diet and became fully vegan 3 years ago. There are many reasons why I’m vegan but the two main ones are for sustainable and compassionate reasons. |
