| I am vegetarian for many reasons. Some of these are humanitarian and not wanting to hurt animals, health, and spiritual. I was not raised vegetarian but have been a strict lactovegetarian since my early 20's. I also think there would be less violence and the planet would be healthier if people could follow a plant based diet. |
