I initially became vegetarian for health reasons and the more I learned about animal rights, human rights and environmentalism there was no doubt in my mind that veganism is the only choice for me. | I love to travel and spend time with friends and family. I'm most happy when on one of my bikes or my snowboard. I really enjoy cooking and building my vegan cookbook collection.
