| I start each day with a green smoothie from my Vita Mix (I love coffee too!). I have two rescue dogs and a turtle as pets. I am interested in politics, cars, arts, holistic medicine and nutrition and like to keep learning more on that front. I have an awesome vegan daughter who lives in NYC; I like to check out the many great vegan/vegetarian restaurants the city has to offer. I love spinning--I am a certified spinning instructor. I love to cook and enjoy my meals with a glass of wine frequently. I am fun and light-hearted and like listening to music. |
