| For the health benefits more than anything else. Even when I ate meat, I didn't eat that much and haven't missed it in the 8 years since. I am vegetarian and incorporate elements of both raw foodism and the macrobiotic diet in what I eat. For me, not eating meat was simply part of the natural process of conscious living. It's better for my body, the environment, the animals who don't get killed and the planet as a whole! |
