| I am a yoga teacher, yoga is based on compassion (Ahimsa) My diet reflects my beliefs. I was vegetarian for two years and I feel it was a natural progression to "veganism" I am healthier than I have ever been since becoming vegan!My mind has never been clearer since becoming Vegan.
