| I spent the first 30 years of my life eating traditional American foods & the next 10 years eating a mostly raw very clean wholefood diet. I'm now settled into a vegetarian diet where I do frequent 'raw' cleanses to keep my body & mind feeling young & energetic. I love the balance of being able to enjoy foods that I love, but still maintaining my health. I feel younger & more energetic now than I did 15 years ago. |
