| Why I'm Raw Vegetarian |
| Believe that for the most part fresh uncooked food is our natural diet and that enzymes are the key to a healthy active happy life filled with longevity! With that said, and after following a 100% Raw Food Diet for over 9 years, I now believe that cruciferous veggies should be lightly steamed. I'm vegan because I have a deep respect for all life and love animals. Plus I feel meat is pretty nasty! Animals bleed red and humans bleed red! I think eating meat is biochemical and biological cannibalism, why would anyone want to eat a creature that bleeds red like them, has 4 or more limbs or fins (Yes! Fins are Limbs!) like them, has two eyes like them, bodily organs and flesh that are like or function similar to theirs, not to mention a face, feelings, friends (Yes animals have friends and a Social Life!), Mother, Father, and possibly Siblings! Its all just so heart breaking & NASTY! Words along cannot describe just how GROSS and INHUMANE I feel it all is! Its absolutely nauseating! OK, enough said! Can you tell I am a little passionate? :D |
