| I have been a vegan/vegetarian since 1974. I've always been interested in the science of nutrition and I decided long ago to eat food that God designed in the way He made it without man's altering it too much…So, now I can describe it as a whole food, plant based nutrition lifestyle...(FYI, my DNA is still intact...) |

| I'm a work in progress/process. My friends describe me as kind, perceptive, respectful and genuine. I lived and was raised in the rural area of Muscatine, IA (from 1954-1974) along the Mississippi River where most of the food we ate was organic (before it actually became labeled organic as it is now) and drank free, unfiltered spring-fed water (before bottled water got popular) while growing up…FYI, I was one of the last of the fortunate school kids to have attended real, authentic one-room country schoolhouses with a real outhouse(!), outdoor hand-pump for well water, the school bell to ring, the American flag to raise and actually SAY the pledge of allegiance to the American flag inside and say the Lord's Prayer all together…Wonderful, cherished, youthful memories... |

| The most important thing I'm looking for in a person is a desire to continue growing in Christ. I recognize the thing that will last is one's relationship with God. After all, life set up on biblical principles isn't about trying to become significant and making people remember us, it's about living to serve God and making people remember Him. Also, if you'll be who God wants you to be, you'll be who your partner needs you to be. I'm looking for a "wife for life" who shows kindness, is confident, and emotionally healthy. Someone who is easy going, considerate, funny, compasionate, sincere, and honest. |
